Kevin Chase - Manager, Labour and Employee Relations & Business Operations. A citizen and resident of Barbados, Mr. Chase has a Master’s degree in Labour and Employment Relations, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Sociology from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Chase is Saville Consulting UK Certified in the use of Saville’s WAVE psychometric tools and Competency Based Interview Skills and Wave Train the Trainer.
Mr. Chase has deep knowledge and understanding of labour legislation in Barbados as well as in other Caribbean island states and is the Lead Advisory Associate for all matters labour and human resource related. He is responsible for delivering sound and effective solutions and strategies on Operations, Executive Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Industrial Relations. This includes assisting with investigations, facilitation of the grievance process, legislation and contributing to the management of clients' overall operations through improved employee relations and pro-active advice and consultation.
Jacqui started her career in Healthcare as a State Registered Nurse, moving quickly into clinical trials and pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing. During her 12 years with GlaxoSmithKline, Jacqui had a major impact on the development of the UK and emerging markets. She undertook a range of roles covering Training, Sales Management, Product Management, International Marketing and Distribution.
With 7 years' senior executive and consulting experience, working internationally across public and private sectors her strength is that she approaches business from a point of understanding and commercial experience.
Jacqui has a wealth of practical hands-on experience at corporate level, recruiting, developing and managing the performance of individuals and organizations. Jacqui has consulted within the UK Public Sector in a number of national, central and regional roles for the Department of Work and Pensions in the areas of Leadership, Change Management, Equal opportunities and Diversity.
Gregory Hinkson is a senior business executive with extensive experience in financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting and investment appraisals. He currently provides investment and financial advisory services, risk management, pension investment analysis, business analysis and needs assessment to SMEs, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), non-profits, Trustees, Social Security institutions and governments.
Mr. Hinkson is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, a Fellow of the Certified General Accountants’ (CGA) Association of Canada, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados. Involved in the financial services industry for over twenty years, he has published and presented articles on financial services, locally regionally and internationally.
Ade Ogun is an experienced Accountant with over 7 years of post qualification experience. Her area of core competency is Business Analysis and Modelling. She has worked alone as well as as part of a team in organisations within the Caribbean and United Kingdom to achieve cost-effective solutions to reengineering processes leading to organisational change and policy development.
Her experience includes but is not limited to working in various capacities and teams with responsibility for identifying business needs (gathering requirements), documenting business processes, finding out gaps in existing processes, identifying new processes (including identifying the system requirements) and arranging training modules for new process development and implementation.
Ade holds an MA in Business and Management and a BSc. (Hons) in Chemistry. She is also a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is certified to use the Saville Wave Psychometric Tool.
In her spare time, she meets with the book club, enjoys a monthly food /networking club as well as dancing for fitness. She also volunteers for The Cherry Tree Trust which offers financing to micro businesses.
Juan Lascurain is an independent instructor in personal finance in Caracas, Venezuela. He has delivered 8-hour personal finance workshops to approximately 1200 people in corporations, universities, middle-class neighborhoods and slums and is the spokesperson for MasterCard Venezuela’s “Consumo Inteligente” personal finance education program.
He has managed to close sales between US$400K and US$1.8 million per year throughout this period in this highly volatile region and achieved selling to end-customers like Banamex Mexico, Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad, CANTV Venezuela, LAN Chile, Gradiente Brazil and Banco Santander Argentina.
Juan holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Oil Refining, Gas and Petrochemicals from the Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas Venezuela. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Babson Graduate School of Business, Wellesley, MA.
He is fluent in English, French and Spanish. Intermediate Portuguese.
